New Online Lobby Reporting Available

Online Lobbying Disclosure forms are now available to Macintosh filers. These new forms require no additional software installation and can be accessed through your web browser.

Online Lobbying Reporting

The offline Adobe PDF forms will continue to work during the transition to the online reporting system. However, only limited technical support will be provided for the PDF forms and you will not be able to file these forms after July 20, 2012.

Macintosh filers are encouraged to begin using the online reporting system. Instructions and guidance for the online forms is contained within the online reporting website. The Macintosh content provided on this site will continue to refer to the PDF forms.

Senate Passwords

Effective December 10, 2007, ACES digital signatures are no longer required to file electronically. You may file your forms with both the House and Senate using version 5.0.1 of the lobbying Disclosure forms and your Senate password. If you have not registered previously for any client, you may apply for a password online using the link below:

Contribution Reports*

July 30 Mid Year
(January 1 – June 30)

*If the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the report is due the following business day.
